Return & Refund Policy

At Zouvanis Optics, we take pride in providing high-quality optical products, including sunglasses, prescription glasses, and ophthalmological lenses.

No Returns & No Refunds

Please note that all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds. This policy applies both to purchases made online and at our physical store.

Custom-Made Optical Lenses

Due to the highly personalized nature of ophthalmological lenses and prescription glasses, these products are considered custom-made items and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Exceptions

The only exception to the above is in the case of a manufacturing defect or if you receive an incorrect item due to our error. In such cases, please contact us immediately at zouvanisoptics@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Physical Store & Online Store

This policy applies equally to purchases made through our online store and at our physical location.

Legal Note (EU Consumer Rights)

Under EU consumer law, custom-made and personalized items (such as prescription lenses) are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
